Need a GatorLink account? Any faculty, staff, student, applicant
or UF affiliate may obtain a GatorLink account. Apply for your GatorLink
username and password on the
GatorLink Create web page. You will need to supply your 8-digit UFID number.
Not sure about your GatorLink username or password?
Try signing onto the GatorLink
Account Modification web page. If this doesn't work, call the Help
Desk at 392-HELP (4357). You may need to present your 8-digit UFID number.
Your username and password didn't work?
- Check how you type your username. Your username is the word
before the @ufl.edu in your GatorLink email address. Type your
username in lower case. Check your Caps Lock key.
- You have not signed on and used myUFL since May 5th, 2004.
If you have not used myUFL successfully since May 5th and
your GatorLink password has expired, then you must call the UF Help Desk
at 392-HELP (4357) to reset your password.
- Check the password you entered. Type your password in the case
in which it was originally entered (usually lower case).
- Your account may have expired.. If you have been away from
the University, call the Help Desk at 392-HELP (4357) to check this
and have the expiration removed. You may not qualify for a mailbox or
free dialup, but you are entitled to the username and password.
- Are you using AOL for your Internet connection? If you are
using AOL, minimize the initial window and open a new Internet Explorer
browser window.
- Check other web browser requirements
PC minimum browser versions: Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape 6.2.3
Macintosh minimum browser versions: Internet Explorer 5.1 or Netscape
6.2.3
